Two teenage girls go to the city for a concert and are kidnapped by two men and a woman. They take them to an area in the country that is only 100 feet from one of the girls' house. The kidnappers rape and murder the two girls and then go to that house not knowing that one of their victims lived there.

With old debts being paid off his own health is soon in danger, but at least he starts to gets to know one of the bank's female customers pretty well.

When a senior Russian official, Gen. Malenkov (Robert Shaw), decides to defect to the west, CIA agent Harry Wargrave (Lee Marvin) is sent to lead the team to get him out. Malenkov reveals that the Russians are trying to develop biological weapons. Wargrave decides that Malenkov should travel across europe by train, on the "Atlantic Express", in an attempt to try and lure the Russians into attacking the train so that they can discover who the Russian secret agents in Europe are. During the journey they must survive terrorist attack and an avalanche, all planned by Russian spy-catcher Nikolai Bunin (Maximilian Schell).

This is a great film. In the time of the unlimited Rocky movies and Superman flicks it was good to see a sick looking creature that was on the side of good. This movie helped inspire the short lived Swamp Thing animated series which I feel was a great cartoon. Just give it a shot.
